If statutory retention periods must be observed, these will be complied with.<br \/>If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data, we will delete the stored data at your request. Sensitive data, such as health data or data related to criminal proceedings, may also be included.\nData processing in the course of the client relationship also includes personal data of potential opponents, co-involved persons, and informants. According to Art. 14 (5) GDPR, there is no obligation to inform this group of persons about the processing.<\/p><p><strong>Information and deletion<br \/><\/strong>As a client (including contact persons) or, in general, as a data subject, you have the right at any time \u2013 subject to the attorney-client privilege \u2013 to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction, data transfer, object, restrict processing, and block or delete incorrect or inadmissibly processed data.\nIf there are any changes to your personal data, please notify us accordingly.\nYou have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your request for information, deletion, correction, objection, and\/or data transfer, in the latter case provided that this does not involve disproportionate effort, can be sent to the address of the law firm listed in section 11 of this statement.\nIf you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the competent supervisory authority.
